The Bench lined him L 5 or a month’s imprisonment, remarking that it hoys insulted him he had his remedy. John Maclean, Murray, Roberts and Co, and John Gately, were each lined ss, and Jas. Cotton 10s, together with costs in each instance, for a similar offence.
