Tins Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and W. Brunton, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. James Nelson, Henry Sexton, and John Sampson, were each lined ss. MINOR OFFENCE. Margaret Thomborno, was fined ss, for behaving in a manner calculated to provoke a breach of the peace. INFORMATIONS UNDER THE BYE-LAW?. Thomas '•iucl.ir and K. Bcisscl wore charged with having unregistered dogs in their possession, but as the necessary registration had been effected since the service of summons, the. cases were dismissed. A charge of a similar nature preferred against Chaa. Armstrong, was adjourned until to-morrow. Arch. M'Kerzie, was lined 5s and co.-.ts, for allowing a horse to wander, and a case of a similar character preferred against Edward M'Ewen, was dismissed with a caution Jas. Gibson, T os. Montague, and John Brown, were each lined os and costs, for having no name on their drays. A charge of casting filth on to Cumberland street, preferred against Andrew Lockio, was dismissed. Jas. costs, Wm. Stowell, for allowing a horse to depasture, was fined 5s and cost?. Augustus Pirano, for hawking fish without?** license, was fined 2s Gd, to he reduced on him taking out a license.
