M'Kerzie, was lined 5s and co.-.ts, for allowing a horse to wander, and a case of a similar character preferred against Edward M'Ewen, was dismissed with a caution Jas. Gibson, T os. Montague, and John Brown, were each lined os and costs, for having no name on their drays. A charge of casting filth on to Cumberland street, preferred against Andrew Lockio, was dismissed. Jas. Darruh, for allowing a cow to wander, was lined 5s and costs ; atxl Wm. Wheeler, for allowing a horse to wander, 10a and

costs, Wm. Stowell, for allowing a horse to depasture, was fined 5s and cost?. Augustus Pirano, for hawking fish without?** license, was fined 2s Gd, to he reduced on him taking out a license.
