MANURE \J DEPOT KEEPER WANTED.—The City Council invite applications to he lodged at the Town Clerk’s office on or before Wednesday, ItJfh November, at 3 p.m., for ibe situation of Keeper of the City Manure Depot, Anderson’s Bay Road. The person appointed will be paid a salary at the rate of L 75 per annum, .and will have the use of a six-roomed house and ten-acre paddock. The City Council invite Tenders to be lodged at the Town Cierk’s office, on or before Wednesday, 30th November, at 3 p.m. for the whole or any portion of LI 0,000 value of Corporation Bonds. The Bonds are issuable under tbe authority and provisions of “ The ■ dago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865;” bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of the purchaser, in cither London, Melbourne, or Dunedin, and are secured on the City Rates. The Bonds are for LSO each, or such higher amount as may ho arranged with any purchaser, and will he redeemable in the year one thousand nine hundred. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that the Nomination of Candidates for Election to the office of Councillor for Middle Ward, vice Wm.
