The person appointed will be paid a salary at the rate of L 75 per annum, and will have the use of a six-roomed house and ten-acre paddock. The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of “ The Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 18155 bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of the purchaser, in cither London, Melbourne, or Dunedin, and are secured on the City Rates. The Bonds arc for LSU each, or such higher amount as may bo arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year one thousand nine hundred.
