Tho ship Grace Gibson, from Liverpool, was signalled at the Heads early this morning. The signal “All’s well” being followed by that of a steam-tug wanted, the Geelong proceeded to the heads, and towed the ship in on the flood tide. In consequence of having powder on board she has been anchored in the lower harbour.
