offences on the 22ud and 24th ult., was fined 10s and costs and 20s and costs respectively. —James Styles, for allowing one head of cattle to wander, was lined 3s and costs. Civil Cases. Carey v. James Gill.—Postponed. Perry v. Hugh M'Dermid.—A claim for L 9 9s, for injuries done to plaintiff’s cow by defendant’s bull. Judgment for plaintiff, L 5 and costs.
