"Wallace, on Tuesday, Ist Nov., at 8.45 a.m. Per s.s. Phoebe, on Tuesday, the Ist Nov., as under For the Northern Provinces of New Zealand, America, West Indies, &c., the Continent of Europe, and the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, at 10 a.m. For late letters with late fees as under at 10.30 a.m.:— For Northern Ports of New Zealand, 2d per letter. For the United Kingdom, 6d per letter. I or all other places one additional single rate per letter. For newspapers at 8 a.m. For registered letters and issue of money orders At 5 p.m. on Monday, the 31st inst. For Melbourne, Australian Colonies, and Southland per s.B.
