This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. James Machin, for this offence, was lined 40s, or 24 hours’ imprisonment ; H. Taylor, 20s, or 48 hours ; Thomas Homan, ss, or 24 hours ; Minnie Crawford, 40s, or 3 days. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. George Clark, for allowing a horse to wander, was lined 10s; John Hanson and others, charged with driving unlicensed cabs, dismissed ; G. M'Gowan and others, charged with acting as drivers of cabs, not being licensed, dismissed, CHARGE OF ASSAULT. James Mahon was charged or the information of Henry Spears with assaulting and beating him. He was lined 40s, or 3 days’ imprisonment.
