MAYOR’S COURT.
Tins Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor, and George Brodie, Esq., J. P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. James M ‘Kiriday, for being drunk and disorderly in Princes street, on the night of the 29th inst., was mulcted of 20s, with an alternative of 24 hours’ imprisonment. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Mary Carter was brought up on warrant for disobeying a summons charging her with using obscene language in Albany street. The woman bears a very bad character, having been previously lined for selling spirits. Remanded for seven days, and discharged on her own recognizances. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BVKLVWS. Robert M'CVacken, for .allowing a borso to wander on the Main South Road, Green Island, was fined 10s.
