SUMMONS CASKS. W. Wiley was fined 4tL for riding on a dray without sufficient r. ins ; James Briggs, allowing a horse'to wander, JQs and costs ; James Bussell, driving a cart without the owner’s name being on it, 2s fid; James Brown, damaging a watercourse off' London street, dismissed; John Logan, on a "like charge, dismissed ; Jas Porter, hawing without a license. 5s and c. sts.
