RREACH OF THE VAGRANT ORDINANCE Sarah Shaw was charged with being the occupier of a house frequented by persons having no visible lawful means of support. The case was remanded until the IGth inst. BREACHES OF THE BYE-LAWS. Edward Brown and Francis Porter were each fined L 5 for slaughtering without a license. Samuel M‘Connell was fined 20s and costs for carrying on a dray timber which projected more than two feet.
