’ Sir, —Referring to your report of the Supreme Court proceedings, in last evening’s paper, I bog tp inform you that the person indicted for the assault, &c., upon James O’Grady, that his name is not Patrick O’Brien, hut Patrick Brown. Having instituted enquiries respecting the matter, I ascertained from the witness in the case that the name is Patrick Brown, and not as stated.—l am yours &g., Patrick O’Brien.
