In the House of Representatives last night, Mr Macandrew asked the Government what arrangements had been made with the New Zealand Telegraph Agency, by which, as asserted by Mr Barton, of the Otago Daily Times, a journal which had joined that agency receives its telegrams before any rival journal in the same town.
