MAYOR’S COURT.
Tins Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and W. H. Reynolds, Esq., J. P.) DRUNK. AND DISORDERLY. Samuel Carey, for being drunk and disorderly, was fined 40s, or 48 hours’ imprisonment. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-L VWS. The following fines were imposed fur the offences specified i —Francis Mginan, throwing rubbish on to George street, 5s j Henry Scott, breaking a horse on the public streets, 5s ; F. W. Rcichardt, obstructing the footfath by placing cases upon it, os ; North and Scoular, alike offence, 5s ; Harris Friedlich, dismissed.
