This Day. (Before D. Rolfe, Esq ~ aud Capfc. Thomson, J.P.’s.) Morrison v. Powell.—This was a second enquiry arising out of a case which was brought before the Court yesterday. The defendant is master of the ship Archer, aud the plaintiff was steward of the same vessel. Judgment was ’given for the plaintiff for 12s, special expenses arising from the proceedings of the previous day, and full costs. An order was also made for the return of plaintiff’s clothes which bad been
