(FKO-U UUK OWN OEXTS.) Wellington, August 31. The Native, Defence, Postal, Militia, and Volunteer Estimates passed last night. The Galatea remains until Monday. The Hundreds Regulation Amendment Act and the University Bill have passed the Legislative Council, Mr MTndoe withdrew his motion for making the Legislative Council an elective body. The Government promised to consider the question dining the recess.
