HELLER OUTDONE.
[We arc not responsible for the opinions expressed by our correspondents,]
To the Editor of the Etmhi'j Stxr. RfK, —I visited the telegraph ollice last evening for the purpose of gaining information as to the whereabouts of the s.s. Tarama, when judge my surprise <at finding on the shipping telegraph board that she left Nelson for Wellington at half-past twelve p.m. on the 15th, and arrived at Wellington from Nelson on the same day at fifty minutes past eleven p.m., just forty minutes before she started. Now, sir, this is a chance which seldom happens for some enterprising individual to engage the Tararna and her captain in opposition to Heller so as to show the public how it is done ; it far surpasses anything Heller can do I am sure. Yours, Astonished, Aug. 17, 1870.
