IN BANKRUPTCY. This Day. (Before Mr Justice Chapman ) final examinations. Re Thomas Cleary.— This matter was adjourned for a week, to enable the trustee to report, Rf. Reward Harwood.—Granted. Re John and F. Campbell —On the application of Mr Harris, who .appeared for the trustee, an order was granted for the attendance of Mr G. Williams on the 15th inst., to he examined. The case was adjourned for a week, when the bankrupts will also be examined Re Walter Wright.— On the application of Mr Cook, the lime for applying for declaration of the complete execution of a deed was postponed until the 20th of September. Re W. A. D. Pitt. —The bankrup was examined at considerable length by Mr Macassey, who appeared on behalf of opposing creditors. Re Daniel M ‘Lusky.— On the application of Mr Macassey, a rule nisi was granted, calling on the bankrupt to show cause why he should not pay Messrs Whittingham Brothers’ costs in respect of an order granted on the 14th March. ADJUDICATIONS. The following persons were adjudicated bankrupts, and first meetings of creditors fixed for the 16th inst.: —James Murdoch, H. J. Chapman, and George Whybrow. Re W. H. Walker. —This was a creditors’ petition for adjudication, and a rule nisi was granted on the application of Mr M'Keay,
