Rangitoto, on Friday, the sth inst, as under For India, China, Japan, Penang, Singapore, Ceylon, Aden, Mauritius, the British, French, and Austrian Post-offices at Alexandria, Malta, Gibraltar, Marseilles, and the Travelling P.O. from Marseilles to Lyons, at 11.50 a.m. For Australian Colonies (except Melbourne), at 12.30 p.ra. For London via Southampton, via Marseilles, via Brindisi, Victoria, and Southland, at 1 p.m. For isSue of money orders and posting of news papers and registered letters, at 10 a.m. Late letters may be posted as under : For Australian Colonies (except Western Australia), with a late fee of 3d per letter, till 1 p.m. For London via Brindisi, with a late fee of Is 3d till'l.3o p.m. For London via Marseilles, with a late fee of lOd, till 1,30 p.m. For Melbourne, with a late fee of 3d, till 1.30 p.m. ForWaikava, on Friday, the sth inst., at 3.30 p.m. ALT Eli AT lON OF POSTAGE HATES IN NEW ZEALAND. . From this date the postage on letters at any Post Office in New Zealand for delivery at any other Post Office in the Colony (irrespective of Provincial boundaries), will be as follows Not exceeding Aoz, 2d Not exceeding loz, 4d Not exceeding Gd ' Not exceeding 2oz, Bd. And so on, increasing 2d for every additional half-ounce. N.B.—The postage on letters for town delivery (i.e., from the office at which posted), •ontinues as before, viz.. Id per half-ounce, ARCH.
