MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before I. N. Watt, Esq., R.M., and G. Turnbull, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Matthew Halliday, for drunkenness, was fined 10s. Jane Oakes and Jane Henderson, for using obscene language, were each fined 40s. SUMMONS CASES. Charges against the persons named were decided as follows:—J. A. Lyons, furious driving, dismissed; Han*on, leaving his horse and dray, was fined ss; James Low and J. Darragh, adding to their premises without giving requisite notice, dismissed; Charles Armstrong, neglecting to clean his premises, 2s 6d; F. Biessel, allowing his chimney to take fire, 5s ; and H. Taylor, for refusing to pay cab fare, was ordered to pay the amount, Bs, with costs.
