To the Editor of the Evening Star, Sir, —Can you tell mo the reason why the of the Dunedin Athenreuro tolerate such a nuisance as a smoky chimuey in the principal reading room ? .Very often I have seen would-be readers beat a retreat from the übiquitous smuts during the last few months.
