This Day. (Before I. N, Watt, Esq., B.M. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. John Gray, alias Bray, alias Brady, was fined 20s |far drunkenness; William Smith, 3s; A. Montgomery, os; Julius Patrick, 10s; James Parr, 20s; James Brown, 3s; William Colburn, 10s; and W, Watson 20a. OFFENCE AGAINST TUE BYE-LAWS. Edward Purdy, driving a dray without name or address, was finad 10s. Hogg'atfd Hutton, and William Wright, were each fined 20s for neglecting to keep their premises clean; and James Gow, for neglecting (to keep alight buriug in Pilleul street; 4&si : CHARGE OP STEALING, W. Wheeler, charged with stealing a quantity of old horse shoes from the the firm of Watson and Gow, was discharged.
