THE public of Dunedin will never have another opportunity of witnessing tlie extraordinary and mysterious phenomena of Mesmerism, as demonstrated by Dr. Carr, who has been pronounced by the Australian and New Zealand Press as the “Prince of Mesmerists. ” The experiments will include the highest order of Plircno-Mesmovic, Eleetro-Biologi-cal, and Electro-Psychological phenomena. The manifestations will be highly dramatic. The subjects will be made to represent soldiers marching off to battle, singing while they march some stirring melody ; tho stage will represent an imaginary fort, and and they will be made by the operation to pass through the varied phases of Battle, the night’s Bivouac, the Reconnoitre, tho Assault, Conquest, and Retreat; Burial of the Dead with military honors, &c.
