MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor, and George Brodie, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Peter Grennan, for being drunk, was fined 10s, or 24 hours’ imprisonment. Alice Hawley, for drunkenness, was fined 40s, or 48 hours, and for importuning prostitution was fined 40s, or one mouth’s imprisonment. Jane Stuart was fined 40s, or seven days’ imprisonment, for drunkenness. Wm. M‘Farland, bail forfeited. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. Fred. Cuff, allowing impure water to flow over the footpath, was fined 2s Gd and costs. I). Stuart, damaging trees on the Town Belt, 10s.
