This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and A. Mollison, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Dugald Paterson for this offence, not appearing, his bail was forfeited ; Catherine Brown was ordered to be imprisoned 7 days; John Henny fined 10s or 24 hours ; Annie Mansfield remanded for a week ; Catherine Miller, alias Jcs ie Crichton, alias Catherine Lason, 40s or 3 days’ imprisonment. MINOR OFFENCES. George Smith failing to register the description of a dog kept by him was fined 40s and costs. Frederick M filer riding on a dray not having sufficient reins was fined 10s and costs. INFORMATIONS BY INSPECTOR NIMON. The following oases were brought before the Bench on the information of Inspector Nimon :—James Irving, neglecting to clean his premises, was fined 40s ; Charles Nunn, for a similar offence, 20s ; James M'Ewen, delivering coal without the tare of the cart being painted thereon, 2s 6d ; Hugh Coyle, on two informations for a like offence, 2s 6d each ; Henry Williams, delivering coal without weighing it at a weighbridge, 2s 6(1 ; same, not having the tare painted on bis cart, 2s 6d ; Daniel Sullivan, neglecting to weigh coal before delivery, 2s 6d, and for not having the tare of the cart painted on it,. 2s 6d.
