NOTICE is Hereby Given, that Ecgnlalations entitled “Regulations, &c., of Buildings,” and made under the authority of Subdivision 1, Part V., Schedule XIIL. of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 18G7,” were passed by the Council of the City of Dunedin, at an ordinary meeting, held on Wednesday, the 13th day of April, 1870 ; qlsq, that a oopy of the Regulations, as passed, is deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein, at the office of the City Council, Dunedin. The public are cautioned that by the above Regulations, which on the 25th inst., superseded “ The Dunedin Building Ordinance, 18G2, Amendment Ordinance, ISU-f,” no building operations can be commenced within the limits of the City, without the sanction of the Building Surveyor having been first obtained.
