NOTICE is Hereby Given, that Regulations entitled “Regulations, &c., of Buildings,” and made under the authority of Subdivision 1, Part V., Schedule XIII., of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867,” were passed by the Council of the City of Dunedin, at an ordinary meeting, held on Wednesday, the 13th day of April, 1870 ; also, that a copy of the Regulations, as passed, is deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein, at the office of the City Council, Dunedin.
