Patrick Lee and Thomas Hill, two cab drivers, were charged wilh obstructing the carriage highway in High street, by plying for hire when the Tokomairiro coach arrived, 'ttjey ‘were fined #§ pact} aiul .costs, USING OBSCENE LANGUAGE, Annie H(U, a lady of easy virtue, was charged with using obscene language in a public place. She was fined LIU, or three mout' s' imprisonment. The tine was paid, INFORMATIONS BY THE INSFECTOR OK N UISANCE.S. Donald Dow, throwing filth on Brown street, was lined 5s and costs. William Asher, removing soil in Filled street, 20s and costs. i
