NOTICE is hereby given, that the City Council of Dunedin lias decided to. take a Vote of the Ratepayers of the City on Monday next, the 23rd instant, in order to obtain an expression of opinion \v-ith regard to the important question of the future Supp'y of Gas to the City. The vote will be by ballot, and the following three questions will be submitted : Ist. Are you in favor of building Gas Works ■>. 2nd. Are you in favor of purchasing the present Works (if obtainable) for tire sum of L22,UUU ? 3rd.
