CORPORATION NUISANCE.

{To the Editor of the Eveninq Star.) 8m, —Will you allow me space to draw the attention of the authorities to the disgarceful state of the footpath—which was substituted for the break-neck steps leading from Argyle street to Koyal terrace. The surplus water of the service pipe appears to empty itself at this point, and runs down the footpath in cpxestion, thereby causing considerable danger to pedestrians in frosty weather, and at other times it is kept in a deplorable state of mud by the continuous traffic of cows and butchers horses. Hoping the nuisance will have the attention of the proper functionary, —I am, &c., Amphibious.
