Messrs E. de Carle and Co., report as having sold at their rooms this day, leasehold property in Octagon, lately occupied by Messrs Hay, Brothers and Wright, for L 180 0; No. 1 freehold, Port Chalmers, L 325 ; No. 2 do, do, L 250 ; No. 3, leasehold do, LOO.
