MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day, (Before hi* Worshipjthe Mayor, Dr. Buchanan, and W. H. Valpy, Esq., J.P.s) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Felix Massena, for drunkenness, was fined 10s, or 24 hours imprisonment; Mathew Englesh, 10s, or 24 hours ; Sophia Austin, three months imprisonment with hard labor; Isaac Parker, bail forfeited. CHARGE OF STEALING. Frederick Johnston, on two charges of stealing, was remanded for further evidence, INFORMATIONS UNDER THE BYE-LAWS. The following fines were inflicted on the persons charged for the specified offences : William Winspor, throwing rubbish on Forth street, 2s Gd; Robert Phenister, cruel tredtment of a horse, 20s; John Harris,, furious driving, 20s : John Sibbald, neglecting to clean his premises, 2s fid; Robert Mackay, horse straying, 10s ; John Findlay, on a like charge, adjourned ; Michael Sullivan, allowing two cows to depasture in the streets, 5a each; same, for four cows, 5s each.
