IN BANKRUPTCY. This Day. (Before Mr Justice Chapman.) Ek G. W. ax » A. W. Geodes. —This was an application for complete execution of a deed of arrangement. Mr Stewart gave notice of h's intention to oppose, and aplied for an adjournment till next Monday, which, after discussion, was allowed. Air Stewart also applied that the insolvents should attend on that day, but his Honor said application for an order must be made. Ee Thomas A. Jones.— Similar ajiplication. Final order granted. Ee Daniel Fisher.— This matter was adjourned until Monday. Ek John Eoss. —On the motion of Mr Turton, instructed by Mr Harris, an extension of time for applying for adjudication was granted. Ee Maria S. Eeis.— This petitioner was adjudicated a bankrupt, and the first meeting of creditors fixed for the I7th inst. Ee Wm. Woods! — The usual order confirming the appointment of trustees was granted herein. Ee J. and J. H. Barr.—The examination of witnesses was continued. Mr Macassey appeared as before for the Bank of Otago ; Mr Stewart for the bankrupts ; and Mr Turton for Service, Gibson, and Co. We are obliged to holdover the remainder of the report till to-morrow.
