In the matter of a Deed of Arrangement j made by Richard Bowden Martin and Alexander Garrick, both of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, Merchants, trading together in copartnership as such, under the style and firm of “R. B. Martin and Co.”, with their and each of their creditors, joint and separate; and in the matter of “The Bankruptcy Act, 1867,” and “The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868.” Notice is hereby given, that by Deed bearing date the twenty-seventh day of.April instant, add made in pursuance of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, between the above-named Richard Bowden Martin and Alexander Garrick of the first part; Robert Campbell, of Otakajke Station, in the Province qf Ola go, Knnholder: and Arthur William Morris, of Dunedin, in the said Province, -Accountant, of the second part ; •the several persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and affixed being respectively creditors either in their own right or in co-partnership, or attorneys, or agents of creditors of the debtors jointly, or of the said Richard Bowden Martin, or of the said Alexander Garrick separately, or of the said Richard Bowden Martin and Alexander Garrick jointly, and of one or both of them severally of the third part; and all the other Creditors joint and separate, of the Debtors, and each of them, of'the fourth part; the said Richard Bowden * Martin and Alexander Carrick granted, conveyed, and assigned unto the said Robert Campbell and Arthur William Morris, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, aM the joint and respective separata, real and personal property, credits, and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, and whether legal or equitable, of them, the said Richard Bowden Markin and Alexander Carrick (except as therein mentioned), upon and subject to the trusts therein particularly mentioned, for the equal benefit of all the joint and respective separate Creditors of the said Richard Bowden Martin and Alexander Carrick. ha like manner as if the said Richard- Bowden Martin and Alexander Carrick had been at the date of the said deed duly adjudged Bankrupt. And notice is hereby further given, that the said deed now lietf at the office of the undersigned in Manse street, Dunedin, aforesaid, for inspection by or on behalf of the Creditors of the Debtors, and may be inspected there until Tuesday next, the third day of May, 1870, when the same will be filed in the office of the Supreme Court ef New Zealand, at Dunedin. And notice is hereby further given, that the Creditors of the said Debtors and of each of them, joint and separate, are hereby required to signify their assent to, or dissent from, the said deed by notice in writing, addressed to the said Robert Campbell and Arthur William Morris, at the office of the undersigned, within fourteen days from the date of the Insertion of advertisement.
