Phoebe, on Monday, the 25thinst., at 1.30 p.m. For Oamaru, per p.s. Wallace, on Tuesday, the 26th inst., at 8.45 a.m. On Thursday, the 28th inst., "per s.s. Phoebe, as under For Northern Provinces of New Zealand. America, West Indies, &c., and the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, at 9 a.m. For late letters with late fees as under at 9.30 a.m. : For Northern Ports, 3d per letter. For United Kingdom, 6d per letter. _ For America, &c., one additional single rate per letter.
