This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and E. MpQlashau, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. The following sentences were passed upon the persons named, for drunk and disorderly conduct. Annie Mansfield, fined L 5, or 14 days’ imprisonment; Finetta Dyer, 20s, or 24 hours’; Annie Manning, seven days’ imprisonment. CHARGE OF LARCENY. James Forward was charged with larceny as |a bailee, of the sum of L 7 15s lid, the property of Robert Morrison, of Timaru, He was remanded for seven days. CHARGE OF FIGHTING. Thomas Clark was charged on the information of Sergeant Ryan with fighting in the public streets. He was remanded to Monday.
