MAYOR'S COURT.
Tins Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) drunkenness. Charles Owen and Geo. Stephenson were each fined 20s; Henry M'Cubbin, alias M'Cullough, and Henry George, 20s ; and Charles M‘Donnell, 40a. Fanny Morris was discharged with a caution. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. George Forster, for driving across the footpath in Princes street, was fined 20s and costs ; and a similar penalty was imposed on Archibald M‘Aslan and Edward Lyons for neglecting to keep cellar-traps in proper repair. William Taylor was fined 10s and costs for having no list of fares on his licensed cab.
