MAYOR’S COURT.

This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor, and R. B. Martin, Esq,, J.P.) drunkenness. Alonzo Grennan, Hugh M'Lenuan, Louis Dobbin (a youth sixteen years of age), Geo. Brands, and Alonzo Kennedy were each fined 10s for this offence. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BVE-LAWS, George Cunningham, for allowing a horse to wander, was fined 5s and costs; and a similar penalty was imposed on John Smith for driving a horse without sufficient reins. A charge of driving a dray, without tho owner’s name painted on it, preferred against the last-mentioned defendant, was dismissed with a caution.
