Fyfe, L 9 9s Gd,— Judgment for plaintiff by default. Sarne v. Yarley, LlB IDs. —Judgment for plaintiff by default. Guthrie and Asher v, George Wilson, L 8 2s sd,—Judgment for plaintiffs by default. Shaw and Co. v. Brading, Ls.—Judgment for the amount by default. Guthrie and Asher v. Anguetil, L2 9s. — Judgment for plaintiff for amount, wjtl} costs. One case was struck out for non-appear-ance. Twelve cases were settled out of Court. The Court adjourned to three o’clock when the following cases were called : James Gow v. Engell, was postponed on payment of L2 2s costs by consent, to Friday, Mr J. C. Haggitt being engaged on the Supreme Court. Scanlan Bros. v. M‘Murray, was further adjourned to to-morrow morning at 10,30 o’clock, the counsel for both plaintiff and defendant being engaged in the Supreme Court.
