MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor, Thos, Dick, and R. M. Rolfo, Esqrs., J.Ps.) CHARGE OK INDECENCY. A charge against a person for indecent exposure was dismissed. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. On the information of the Inspector of Nuisances, A. M‘Gregor was fined lOs for neglecting to keep his premises clean D. M‘Donald, 5s for alike offence, and W. H. Hassell, was fined 2s Gd for burning rubbish without having obtained permission to do so. On the information of the Town Belt Ranger Thomas Thomson was lined 5s for two horses wandering in the streets.
