Sir,— Some time ha villi' elapsed since the competitive designs for the Hector’s residence and boarding establishment for the High School of Dunedin have been sent in, 1 am desirous to know what steps have been taken by the committee in making selections of designs, being interested in the matter. — I am, &c., A Competitor.
