The satisfactory results which have attended the operations of “ The New Zealand Building and Mutual Investment Society,” during the past six years, have I’aised the shares to such a value that non-shareholders have experienced great dillieidty in obtaining advauees upon terms beneticial to themselves. 'The Provisional Directors have therefore considered that the present time is an exceedingly favorable one for starting a new Society, upon the same principles as have hitherto proved so successful in the working of the present one.
