NGLLSH AND EUROPEAN NEWS. The Mail, a paper containing the news, the principal leaders, a well-digested Summary and all interesting matter from The Times. The newspaper hitherto known as The Eveenimj Mail, having become the property of the proprietors of The Times, is now published twice a week, under the title of The Mail, at the price of threepence per copy as heretofore. The days of publication will be Tuesday and Friday, and each paper will contain the news anti all matters of interest aypearing in the three previous numbers of The Times, which will thus be rendered available, in a cheap and convenient form, for persons residing abroad or in the Colonies. Subscribers can obtain The Mall through Newspapser Agents, or may have it from the Publisher on pre-payment,, at Printing-House Square, Loudon.
