MR. HENNINGHAM’S EXAMINATION.
To the Editor of the Evening Star. Sir,— With reference to the security received by me from Mr HenningLam, I have to state that I paid Mr Muason, L 52 2s; rent and charges, L 42 6s ; Mr Cook’s costs L 22 ;Mr Barton, LS Bs. Mr Musson has still a claim for Ll7 ; and the interest and expences are L 5. Total, 1/136 16s. The whole security, including the life policy isf LISO 19s sd, leaving a balance for the estate of Ll4 19s sd. I am, &c., E. De Carle. Dunedin, March 1, 1870.
