MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before W. H. Reynolds, Esq., and Dr. Buchanan, J.P.’a.) ASSAULT OS A POLICEMAN. John Stock, for violently assaulting Sergeant Naden, in the Scandinavian Hotel, Vlaclaggau street, on Monday, was fined L 5, or in default to be imprisoned one month. On a further charge of damaging the sergeant’s uniform and clothing, he was ordered to pay L2 2s, the amount of the damage. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Michael Michael, charged with being drunk and disorderly, was discharged.
