In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in section 151, part 13, of the “Municipal Corporations Act, 1867,” the Council of the City of Dunedin ordain as follows, that is to say ; Subdivisions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8, part V., of the 13th schedule to the said Act, are hereby adopted in and for the said City of Dunedin, and for and on behalf of the said Corporation.
