This I'ay. (Before his Worship tho Mayor, and G. Broclic, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. Alex. Porteous and Welham Kearney -were each fined 10s. John Gondall for being drunk while in charge of a horse and dray, was fined 40s or 48 hours’ imprifomncnt. Mary Jarvcy was sent to gaol for six weeks for being a habitual drunkard. John Lynch had his bail forfeited for non-appearance, MINOR OFTENOKS. Thomas Ilastie was lined‘2s fid and costs for driving a dray without lights ; William Pnddy for allowing a hull to be at large. L2 and costs ; Richard Fitzsimmons for neglecting to keep his premises clean, Is ami costs ; David M.‘Ewcn for allowing cows to depasture within tlie town limits, 10s and costs.
