This Day. (Before W. H. Reynolds, Esq., J.P. DRUNKENNESS. Edward Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson were charged with this offence, but, not appearing, their bail was forfeited. A charge preferred against Charles M'Kevin was withdrawn. INFORMATIONS BY THE INSPECTOR OF NUISANCES. Peter Gregg, for throwing manure on Brown street, was lined 2s 6d and costs ; Robert Roberts, for riding across the footpath in St. David street, was fined 20s ; and Robert Wilson, for leaving a horse unprotected in the street, was fined 5s and costs.
