The satisfactory results which have attended the operations of “ The New Zealand Building and Mutual Investment Society,” during the past six years, have raised the shares to such a value that non-shareholders have experienced great difficulty in obtaining advances upon terms beneficial to themselves. The Provisional Directors have therefore considered that the present time is an exceedingly favorable one for starting a new Society, upon the same principles as have hitherto proved so successful in the working of the present one. The experience gained during the existence of the parent Society, and the recent legislative enactments on the subject, justify the Directors in fixing the Shares at L6O, and making advances upon the security of the Shares of Members, provision for which can be made in the Rules. Prospectuses and Forms of Application for Shares, can be obtained of W. ORAM BALL, Princes street. Notice of Removal NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC. WE have removed to temporary promises in Princes street.
