This Day. (Befor* Captain Fraser and E. M 'Qlashan, Esq., J.P’s.) DRURK AKD DIHOREDRLY. David Watson, for this offence, was fined or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment, MINOR OFYENOEP. J, Keen, for allowing cows to wander, wn* fined 2s 6d per head, and costs ; J. Galloway, for allowing a nuisance, was dismissed with costs ; J. T. Roberts, for two similar offences, was lined LI for each offence ; J. P. Watson, for removing filth during the day. fined 10s and costs ; G. Cunningham, for allowing his team and waggon to be unprotected, was fined 5s and costs ; G. Cornwell, for neglecting to keep alight burning at a new building in Rattray street, was dismissed, ASSAULT. Mrs Swan was charged with assaulting Mrs Reichenbeach, by throwing a brick bat at her. This was one of those neighbor’s quarrels which have of late been conspicuous in this Court. Two witnesses were called, but neither knew anything about the mattsr. The ease was dismissed.
